Renaming itself sounds strange and certainly isn't nothing, so that must've been the wind. That said yes I am very proud of how little there is, being nothing, in this mod that does nothing.

Must have a big descriptor file, since those do nothing and a mod with just a descriptor file will do nothing. Any other files present in this mod are figments of your imagination, you're a liar, you're insane, take your pills, it must've been the wind.

Since it's a mod that does nothing at all, it doesn't overwrite anything and the load order doesn't particularly matter.
