@DawianTool Nothings crashing and no units have been added as far as I've seen so none of these need updates.

The great little mod does a nice job of fleshing out stand units and giving them more use/versatility, even tiers 1-ranged units are now more relevant as they may have ammo type that higher tiers do not, making them more needed vs some emeny or situations.
explosive ammo options are great from control, Wood Elves Glade Guard are a lot more useful vs Rats now, fire and poison versions.

It has to be this mod, it happens only when it's active. This is the crash report I get: "The following mods cause a crash to the Database: !ccammo3.pack

The first invalid database record is wh_emp_crossbow_bolt in table projectiles_tables and pack file !ccammo3.pack

The application will terminate now."

@deny7571 clear cache it isn't this mod it launches fine. Also make sure you're subbed to the main mod to

Currently it seems the recent update broke the icons for the ammo types. They still work, but will have a placeholder icon and text.

Ah, I was just curious. Noticing things like 'slower' reload with the tooltip being associated with higher reload skill.

@Brightpaw Their DPS is lower becaue the reload time is increased by 6 seconds. They hit hard, but are slower.

As a note from using empire archers. I might be crazy, but the dps meter on empire archers makes it seem really low. Meant to be only used vs high armor targets yea? it just seems to otherwise nuke their damage.

Bit of a shame, but not a surprise in the least. There isn't much reason to waste the alliance currency on most units to begin with, so their missile units missing out on the ammo flexibility is just another reason not to bother. Just one more reason to look forward to Immortal Empires!

@wolfe374171 Yes, it's just hard to balance for them when I don't think SFO is properly balanced with them yet, and I can't play as them.

I've noticed that many of the currently non-playable factions do not have units with these extra ammo type abilities, are you planning on incorporating your ammo types into these factions soon or are you waiting for Immortal Empires?

Idea for ogres, magma rocks. Basically just a very weak version of blasting charges for gnoblars with like 4 explosive dmg no armour piercing. This is simply because ogres have bad ai and sometimes just push enemies around. Also i like explosions and gnoblars need some love

While the added types are nice it makes ALL archers the same if they don't use the base ammo only difference will be the range =/ if you could adjust the damage per unit that would be better. Imo Fun cheat mod
