There are some that start with a pet, and there's at least one with more than one party member. "Welcome to My Parlor" has at least two people, but is one of the harder starts. "Crab On a Stick" includes a pet crab. One of them starts you as a goat herder with a pet, but I don't recall which one, maybe the flesh cleaver start. You can check the descriptions in New Game in case I missed anything.

I thiiiiink I have most races enabled through Faces Plus -Final State- . Of course, it adds a whole lot of faces to choose from. Part of the reason I don't just add the race to my own mod is for this very reason - I don't even know which mods are enabling some things at this point.

do you by any chance know the specific mod that would work with it? i've tried a couple and they dont seem to work, seeing as they dont offer the race as a startin one

It's supposed to, yes. There's a number of mods out there that expands the races you can start as, but now that I think of it, the south hivers aren't available by default.

Isn't the Southspear one supposed to start you as a Southern Hiver? Whenever i try launching that one it says that the scenario race is not found.

It was definitely a good idea. Strange though, if anything, I'd expect that to divide subs.

Looks like splitting them up is a popular idea based on the rapidly growing number of subscribers.

Desert Punk is the easiest among them, starting in a town with no drawbacks. I had a blast roleplaying with The Sword in the Sawmp. Herder Mentality and Crab on a Stick each start you out with a pet. Try Southspear if you want to get your ass repeatedly beat up, but still get up and survive. Crossplank Redemption starts you out as a Gorillo Bandit, who are pretty funny guys.

Alright, the project is complete. For anyone who doesn't want to clutter their starting list with 32 entries, you can now subscribe to the Standalone Packs instead.

Packs are probably a good idea. Maybe I should sort them by types. I'll work on that soon.

Maybe you could break them up into groups by each of the 6 weapon classes? I love the idea but really don't want that many starts to cycle through. Or just put the most popular ones into a separate mod (Desert Sabre, Falling Sun, Paladin's Cross, Polearm + Topper).
