Honestly there are more egregious cosmetics out there. One silly cosmetic in a while is fine, I think this is a fun idea.

I don't think it's really appropriate to add meme cosmetics inside of TF2 Atmosphere, meme's are like 50 years away from TF2 timeline, different era, it would look odd media reference inside of 60s, unless if it's Halloween restricted, maybe that would be fine, but...kinda meh.

-Does this look like a disguise? yeah kinda
-Does this fit the class it was choosen for? not really, it's a meme so it's rather difficult to say
-Is is a trowback to any internal or external media that involves tf2 like the sfm shorts or the comics? no
-Does it fit the heavily stylized art direction? Yeah it fits
-Is it appropriate for the game? Hard to say

Conclusion: Not sure how I feel about this one, it's neither good nor trash, it's a meme.
