This rifle animation may suit coach or ellis. It doesn't really suit nick.

i think rochelle zoey bill and coach should have the animations that are lower apart from the pistol animations

It's actually Coach rifle animation. Francis real rifle animation is how Louis and Bill hold it. in l4d1 Francis hold it in canon right way, this ugly one actually suit Nick but Francis should have it fixed to his orginal one

xdR kinda makes it easier. Without, you need to recompile whole anim mdl with incorporated changes. To recompile, you either find original sources somewhere (could be outdated and not in sync with current) or decompile (some data losses, needs repair).

yeah ive noticed some mods are just not compatible with reanimations in general and will just lead to crashing
