A few complaints tho lol, buster kinda sucks
If the uncharged ver did 2%, charged version up to 8-10%, and MM was allowed to move while charging it that'd be cool
I'd even be fine with increasing charge time in exchange
Needs a bit stronger of a kill option, I think a slight buff to UTilt's knockback growth would be sufficient
FAir could use a slight damage increase, maybe just increasing damage of the last hit
Otherwise solid character, it's cool just feels underpowered

@Lood Honestly I'd be interested to see your own SSL Mega Man, as thats a character you can do a lot of different things with. I even thought about making a Mega Man that plays like my discontinued normal RoA one. Though that honestly has me wondering if I should use that time to just wrap up that one so it can be done with finally.
