This might be hard or impossible since the Yakuza games aren't shooters or even the language barrier, but I would have a blast gunning down eagles with Majima laughting with is iconic laught.
If you want to do this voice mutator a reality I advice looking first on the zombie spin-off game the series had called Yakuza: Dead Souls. I haven't played the zombie spin-off myself, but I know for a fact that it is gun heavy compared to the other Yakuza games.
