Actually decent. Slightly too modern for my taste like Ayanami Enjoyer has pointed out but it still looks good enough for me to let that slide.
I would actually like for there to be a balaclava only cosmetic/style too

by too modern for tf2 i mean by visual style. the teleporters are retro futuristic absurd stuff, this hat is just a regular modern sports pattern that just seems out of place. i get it's meant to be a gopnik but it's not that fitting for scout since he's not russian, he's just rushin'.

Balaclava style only would be nice
and maybe both Balaclava and Cap but Balaclava is only paintable
and final style both are paintable
