@Wolfhound75 I completely agree. It just feels like they shrunk the Large Grid model and called it a day. I still prefer to use this mod as a better replacement

Just my two cents: I like this mod better than the new official small oxygen tank. The graphics skin looks so much better. The new one looks like they threw it in game without any thought to the visual aesthetic. I guess you could say the new tank is "retro" back to the graphics state on release?

I still think this mod is useful, however it uses the EXACT same subtype as the new official tank so it just overwrites it entirely. If you could please just make any sort of change to the subtype it would make it compatible again. Even just "BrandonSmallOxygenTankSmall" would suffice. Please!

Doing a build right now that requires this..

First, thumbs up! Great work and one of my "core" mods for all games!

Second, if you're feeling like adding to it, I had a though of another missing option that you could probably easily rectify.

Any chance I could talk you into doing the same concept using the small-grid oxygen tank and making a hydrogen version of it? The big one is just too big for small craft and the one this size is just a little too small...I think you'd find a warm reception for a 3x3 size tank using the oxygen tank as a base model.

can we get a large grid large tank type of this?
I want a flat one for next to the industrial assembler on small to mid size large grid ships the other large hydrogen tanks look funny on ships.

@brandon3055, Hi, this is an awesome mod. I was working on something similar when a friend saw it. I was wondering if I could pack this in with a mod I am working on. I am tweaking a bunch of values on various blocks, including tanks, for a server I am building. Hence asking if i could pack it in as I would need to make a few adjustments to bring it in line with other blocks. The main server mod will be unlisted, but I can include credit and a link as is customary to you for your work obviously. Thanks in advance either way.

@F15RegalEagle The existing oxygen tank does have one important feature. It has large conveyor support so its possible to add/remove bottles via conveyor.
I personally think keen's best option would be to add a small O2 tank like this one and rename the existing tank to 'Medium oxygen tank' That would be more inline with things like the medium cargo container.

The vanilla small grid o2 tank kills my builds. Its just way too big for small craft. I understand its from SE's super early beta days but currently its just a holdover legacy block that needs removed & replaced.
