I removed the gui file from the mod - now it is not so necessary. Using the button on the holding screen, you can lease the Holy Order of a vassal, but not my vassal's vassal. But it can be done through decision.
I will try to set up the mod as before - at any vassal layer, but for now it will work as it is.
If any one is experiencing this Disappearing Building Effect bug, its most probably this mod atm ( v1.12.5 ).
But still, thank you so much @Night for two years of work on this wonderful quality of life mod :)
Updated the mod to the current version, took the correction of Kazarion as a basis. You can also use his mod, the link in the description. He has a lot more fixes for the game. Now it does not cause difficulties, because now you can play with mods and get achievements.
If you use this mod in the latest patch, then you will not have an army placement button in the county management menu.
I could fix it, but after thinking for a while, I decided that such a loss of piety is probably not so bad and even quite logical.
Yes, the mod should work, I haven't seen any changes in the new patch that would change that.It looks like I just need to re-upload the mod files so that the latest version is indicated.

When activating the two, this mod either messes the building GUI when it's second on the mod list, or simply doesn't work at all when it comes before.
@Def!led, Yes, it is a strange "trick" of the game when the order of another faith removes our piety. But in this mod, piety is added.(if it's not the influence of my other mod)
Is there a way to name and make holy orders? Instead of generating from a list from the top down, making a custom name, coat of arms, etc.
Or just picking one from the list instead?
Thank you!
