you have forgotten to include another benefit of this hat, it makes demoman 30% more sophisticated but at the cost of how intoxicated he is

Actually, The Medical Mystery, is based off of an anime called "Akira" and not Sherlock Holmes

When Valve added the Nine-pipe problem and the Sherlock Holmes hat,people started making more hats like Sherlock Holmes,such as,The Medical Mystery,which was a very creative hat that people could have with the other Sherlock Holmes realted hats,so,here comes his buddy! So yes,i think Valve should add this
