@Shoff Yes, as far as I know! Mainly because it doesn't change any vanilla functionality. I'll take a closer look and if it checks out, I'll update the version number.

This still works right? War goals & casus belli haven't fundamentally changed to my knowledge. I'll test it myself on 3.8.4 when I get the time, but if anyone has already tested it, lmk!

@Lesovikk Do you want to free enslaved pops without moving them, so they just become free in the foreign empire? Maybe I could add it as another war goal.
