100% shaded
This part is a bit confusing for RoG, is it 40% rainprof then like a tree? cause thats basicly what i want. a better soloution to building a tree in my base

Also, could you make a second recipe in the mod that is much more expensive, but also more efficient?
I don't need it to be one of those house mods. I just think having another, more efficient, version would be good.
would make drying meat so much more efficient
sheltered chests to avoid spoiling in them due to them getting wet ....
In essence this shelter is all about staying unmoving under it doing nothing, it's just not possible. In my humble opinion Don't Starve is all about rushing around to do stuff, there's no time to waste.
I'm ready to be enlightenned about possible usage scenarios that might have escaped me however !!!

Don't take me wrong I just love the concept and the mod is well made so kudos to the author for that.
It's just that ..
I mean...
It doesn't protect much, it's both small (small protection area) and big (big place that becomes unbuildable)
You can't build anything under it is my biggest gripe. would be so awesome if you could have your whole base protected from sun & rain.
so stuff wouldn't get wet or take fire spontaneously
or is there a command code for it, to use, till its can be used in SW..?

It's not rain proof at all, nor is it shaded. I looked through the mod script and there is nothing in there about waterproofing or insulation. This shelter serves no practical purpose other than to waste resources on a "pretty" object for your camp.
Most of your mods are amazing, but this one just seems a bit lack-luster. :/
another version could be 100% shaded but will the same rain protection as the original shelter but should also be really flamable and will go on fire even if its by a controled fire it should still be set on fire, same thing if you take a torch or lighter out
However, as Telos mentioned, making it on par with an umbrella isn't a bad idea. It's stationary, so it will only aid you in evenings spent by the fire, and I personally do not feel it to be too powerful, but merely a logical first step in any camp. It should be more effective vs rain than vs heat, but that's just my opinion of it.
I therefore propose a compromise: seeing as you have already made the ressurection shelter, with configurable cost, why not make the amount of protection you get configurable as well?
That said, I will use this mod no matter what you do, solely because of its design and me rp'ing.
