Level of Detail models, the characters get lower poly the farther away they get from you, to save on performance.

It's been a while since I made the mod, but it's probably just Chuck in a unique outfit from the game I ripped the models from.

when i was in early grade school, the walk around Chuck E from 2009 scared the ever living fuck out of me. This might bring back some of those memories... :)

Any possible chance you could make a mod that replace all Common infected wtih Male_Cheaple from Half-Life 2? i think that would make quite a funny mod.
