有幾個小建議:
1. 東北地塊真沒必要做這麼細，非要區分kmt和中共的行政規劃區別導致東北很多地塊都是很狹長的異形，非常不美觀。建議東三省按民國時期東北九省做就好了；熱河省建議劃分成兩個已經挺好了。
2. 浙江省地塊還是分一下吧，一個整省感覺太大了，可以把四明分出來。
3. 關於西北，建議給馬鴻賓做一個專屬國策，可以統一甘肅省的那種；畢竟馬鴻賓也是有全甘肅核心的
4. 建議把北邊被蒙古侵占的地區分出來一下 (蒙古人民共和國統治區域和民國蒙古地方行政規劃差別)，像阿爾泰山，阿拉善北方，北綏遠，還有諾門罕後丟失的蒙疆北方。

lack of localisation never causes mods to load up vanilla, it's always incompatibility with updates or incompatible mods (in this case it's the new graveyard of empire states I think)
