Can you post log and used mod list?
offsetting the draw order by one or two kinda fixes it but things like weapons and backpacks are messed up and draw in from of everything else so it's not a viable solution
i will try to dig a bit more to see if i manage to find the culprit
You are right. Some mod makes a permanent change in the game once I load it up for the first time that causes the conflict, whether I have the mod on or off.
When I have more time I'll try to figure out which one is causing the issue.

I tested with Harmony - Core - Mod order, there is no invisible apparel and heads. it seems something wrong on your end. run integrity check, re-subscribe mod, at last, back up AppData/Ludeon Studios folder, and remove that folder in AppData. it will reset every settings in rimworld.
Using nothing but Rimworld and this mod makes the mod unusable. The apparel tab simply isn't there.
Using this with Rimworld and Harmony causes the tab to appear, but the pawns will be broken. Their apparels invisible and their heads too.
The only error I can provide you with comes from the Debug Log upon opening the apparel tab.
Alignment was MiddleLeft at end of frame.

Thanks for thumbs up! but that 'apparel order reset when load' bug is weird. i just tested with 300 mods, and it keeps apparel draw order when load game.
Oh Wait, did you toggle descendant draw order mode in settings screen? that can cause problem. try disable it, and let me know result. if that is problem, i will remove that option.
