and if needed increase size of fixture to fit arch

1: put said fixture into 3d mode
2: drag it on to fender
and done

i know a way to put fixtures over arches on any body

they only work on a few bodys that let you place fixstuers over the arches. unfortunate sideffect of how the game handles things unfortunatly.

hey, how do I properly use the conforming arches? I can't put them anywhere near the wheels
