I think you will be able to capture foreign artillery if that mod is using the same unit key for different factions.

I wonder how this interacts with mods that provide an option of crossfaction recruitment. Like AOR mercenaries that makes pretty much every unit available crossfaction with limited recruitment like Raise Dead. I'll give it a shot and curious to see if I can capture foreign artillery with that.

Beware that this will also cause your artillery to be 100% destroyed each time you withdraw from a siege as the attacker. Apparently there always was a 10% chance for each artillery to get destroyed this way, but this mod obviously makes that 100% so disable it if you need to actually lay siege multiple times by withdrawing after firing all ammo.

Something like this for Eltharions supply mechanic would be fantastic, there's only a slim chance in auto resolve of capturing an enemy lord.

Looks like the game think that these independent fleets are from their own independend culture group, not from dwarwen. So even if you win, game count them as "not your country, facyion or culture", but if you fight as a Vampirate against neutral vampirate defenders of sea treasure sites, game count them same as vampirate factions, and this trick works.

Just hit the dwarf pirate fleet as belegar with 2 slots to spare, but organ guns survived but I got neither and they were removed from the leftover dawrf pirate army after.

This didnt work for me. played Skrag, had a chance to get 2 scrap launchers but got neither. Did not wipe them out.

lol in my combined hours of WH1 WH2 and WH3 is around 5000 hours and i've never ever captured artillery lol i didnt even know it existed the chances of you attacking a similar faction and you have less that 20 units and he has arti and it doesnt get destroyed is next to nothing the problem wasnt that the cap chance was 10% you could make it 1000% it will still almost never happen..
