Hi, thanks for the reply! Just tested with another mod, with modification disabled. KnockedDownAllowed. Everything is working! The character occasionally falls into the slide, but this is not a problem!
unfortunately, I got stunlocked to death (by gunshots) on 4 separate occasions
The good new is that the new option implemented by the devs aren't as bad as before where you could get stunlocked to death by players without being able to do anything in return, so thats a win at the end of the day.
If you want to try out the new config, download the Unstable version, go in to your server folder after updating it for the new unstable version, open the .ini file and set the "KnockedDownAllowed" to false
"- Added server option "KnockedDownAllowed" to enable/disable the PVP knockdown.
This is a stopgap change to give servers an option to make PVP combat less frustrating before we can address PVP combat more directly in the future."
This might be what made this mod to stop working, when the unstable version become available if anyone feel like testing to see if it works, write a feedback here. Thanks
Strange thing is that it seems to happen even when directly facing the target, so its not a "back hit" animation, happens with pushes, 1h and 2h hits and shots as well.
Im will look more before releasing a update, fixing the sit down one serves no purpose to only get stunned by the other

WHAT?!
If it doesnt work i really won't know how to help
1 - subscribe to the mod normally
2 - go to the mod folder, would look somehting like
"E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\2832464569\mods"
or
- SteamLibrary where your game is installed.
- SteamApps
- workshop
- Content
- 108600
- 2832464569
- mods
Now Copy the "No_stunlocks_PVP" folder to your User (your user folder) → Zomboid → mods
See if that works
I need to test more. If you ever wish to test with me, add me on steam.
I'm going to do a magic trick.
