@Populous, turns out I had a mod that kept cims at age 20 (not advertised), but when a child was born, POOF, 20 year old laborer.

I have not installed this mod yet, and can't get children to go to school.

这个mod使公民的食物消耗降低50%，工具和衣服的耐用性延长50%。在人口增长爆发的时候使用它很好。
这个mod还包含现实的年龄模式，人的老化率是1:1的游戏时间。成年是15岁，17岁左右结婚，50岁前可以生孩子。健康的公民可以活到75岁以上或以下。正常的受教育年限为5年，生育年龄可达50岁。
