would it be possible to make another clothing mod but for cryogenic winter? it's a little annoying seeing the survivors in my game walk around in a skirt in -60 degrees

It should work if the file structure is the same for custom outfits, you can check it or ask the author

I got it but in mod list to activate outfits for survivors I need to also enable superIOR survivors, not SuperB. And when I activate both in-game says that they are not compatible with each other. It means that I can't use updated version
