also L9 mladej motor to add to my reply to you, antibirth music+++ does NOT use soundtrack menu, as it directly replaces the default ost instead

You need soundtrack menu...

and also music callback (+ repentogon if you want to as well since it fixes more issues related to soundtrack menu)

the mod is not working for me i dont know why even tho im the biggest fan of terraira :,D i wish i could listen to calamity ost becouse its the best ost ( allso doom eternal / doom 2k16 could be nuts) eeeeeh this mod dont show up in the mod config menu mod but other ones like antibirth +++ music mod does help :c

i would maybe change the mom's heart theme around. The perforator theme takes a good full minute or so to pick up, and normally Mom's heart is dead by that point
