When it comes to Official maps, they should spawn.

We will be implementing a way you can craft them, although when it comes to spawning on the map you gotta add the ID's into the spawn table in the map editor. If you wish to seek any help with that contact here: Acezx#9497

do the guns spawn on maps or are they only availible trough commands?
