Report a translation problem
The weapon mods can only spawn in a mission, if Shalem is present, but since only Shalem can use the weapon that shouldn't be the issue, right?
Ran into an issue during a detention center mission with the rescuable agent equipment - safe generation option where:
- I rescued Olivia C (with the Daemon-Powered Disruptor Charger)
- The safe contained the equipment for Olivia B (Scan Chip + Neural Disruptor)
Hopefully you're able to fix this!

Since you are modding nowadays, do you accept ideas for mods (characters/items)?
There was a bug regarding the dlc agents (which Olivia is) in version 1.0.1 which I fixed in version 1.0.2. Are you still on the older version or have you maybe started your run on the older version and continued it on the new version?
It was on a detention center, rescuing Olivia B... the moment I found the "Tracking Chip" on a safe and placed it on the ground the game closed, and after I tried to reload the save, the same happens after loading the save.
Probably a something missing for that item?
