it is actually a +4 if you meet either of the two conditions! for the sake of "balancing", it's seperated into a constant +2 and an additional +2 if she is doing a one-sided attack or attacking a target with 50% or less HP

i went to test both the original boundary of death and at the boundary and they played the usual BoD animation, so it might be a mod you have that is breaking BoD
... infact, you mentioned Beyond, which makes me think that you have the other rested shi mod by lancesmites? try asking him

strange, at the boundary's animation was working the last i used it, and whatever i did with the mod shouldn't affect the original boundary of death
are you sure that no other mods are causing the issue?
