@DIO the DRC base uses Halo anims from CE - 4 retargetted towards the GMOD c_arms. I know since I'm friends with Vuthakral who made the base and did the mods.

@DIO sadly Halo 5's animations haven't been ripped since no tools exist yet. so that will take a while.

@DIO I did a M6H2 for the deagle many many years ago but I do plan to update that. Also the animations are based on the reach ones which aren't meant to be seen at very high FOVs so the reload animation being noticeable that way is not intended. it's just how things are when playing at a very high FOV. I will look into the missing particle effect for the shell ejection when firing.

@Jaiden reach has only so much animations that can be used in L4D2 but there would still be some missing sequences and also some reach anims are shorter than the intended frames needed for L4D2 weapon animations to work online. so I was like why not just mix the two and have fun with it.

@Quirksvil okay so the issue isn't with the reach M6G mod. but the Halo 3 M6G mod as there is a high chance the texture director and material names are the exact same as the reach M6G. so it overrides the texture from the reach one.

so I have to update the halo 3 pistol mod

@Ged Sparrowhawk I see why. the magnum in your screenshot is somehow using the Halo 3 M6G textures

the reason being they probably have the same material folder name so I recommend unsubbing from the Halo 3 pistols until I update it this week.

the Halo 3 pistol is now called the M6G2 while reach is just M6G.
