It's a North Korean hat not Russian/USSR hat, it's for the Heavy because those countries were communist, and since it's North Korean soldier hat, Soldier has it too.

Soldier also has a bunch of japanese stuff, a stahlhelm and conquistador helmet. Soldier it just into military stuff it seems

Why heavy AND soldier? heavy is russian, soldier hates anything not america and therefore russia.

Nice. Simple, multi-class with specific thought put into which classes would have it, and goes well with other loadouts. Nice work! I hope it gets in.
