@PhazezGove, this mod will be allways compatible, if base mods is compatible with the game version.

One option could be the use a character's learning skill to influence how the other skills rise. Excellent mod, though. I see it as making the AI more equal to the player due to the AI's bizarre council choices.

Could you capitalize the letters on the pop-ups that indicate when a councillor has unlocked one of the traits? It looks weird visually to see "marshal's advice expertise" or "steward's advice expertise" instead of "Marshal's Advice Expertise" or "Steward's Advice Expertise". Other than that, your mod is absolutely perfect, amazing work!!!

I tried this mod and would have liked the stat gains to be significantly slower, like checking every other or third month maybe. Or perhaps a long cooldown between ranks instead. I know it was probably just fortunate RNG but I had one of my sons get rank 3 within 5 years or so time, starting in his teens, which seems a bit quick to become a master councillor.
