I have downloaded and extracted the steam workshop file, unpacked it, and verified that the texture atlas is populated with all my mods' icon textures. I have run the game on a different computer to verify it is all working.

At this point, the problem does not exist within the mods.

This is an issue with the game install, the video card or it's drivers, or the computer that's running it. I would go through the usual troubleshooting steps. Make sure everything is up to date, clean restart of the computer, verify game files, and as a last resort, a clean install of the game, mods, and/or video card drivers.

Nothing has changed since this mod was last updated. This mod has the icon atlas for all my main mods, and a handful of resources they all use. As long as this mod is in your modlist and active, you have the icons for all my other mods. If you do not have this mod, then you will not have icons for the others.

@Cleric , if no longer having the icon atlas for other mods like thaumaturge if im understanding that wording right, how else are we to get the icons?

Not sure how you got v1.0.0.23, but the .24 is the most recent one.
1.) Delete the mod entirely. Unsubscribe, go into the mods folder and delete it.
2.) Get the file directly from your friend or re-subscribe.

There's nothing I can really do other than suggesting re-downloading it. Steam, LL's Mod Manager and DOS2 will do what they do and we kinda just have to all work with what we can get.

me and my friend are trying to play but the versions are not matching
he has V1.0.0.24 and i have V1.0.0.23 but i subscribed to the mod yesterday how do i fix this?

I just did a couple tests. dropping a bag, a piece of armor on the ground, and putting a couple potions in the floorboards and storage chest. With only my mod, it doesn't appear to have any issues keeping those things there. I am unsure what would cause that to change, but I would highly doubt it would be my mod specifically or even the fact that an NPC is present. I tested both the transition from Act 1 (leaving stuff out before the dallis fight and finding it when we get to RC) and the transition from Act 2 (leaving stuff out before the trip to Nameless Isle and finding it when we get there). Maybe other containers have a refresh or there are other edits that change that stuff, I'm unsure. For the moment I won't be changing Cleric's location.

Would it be possible to move the trainer to the top deck of the Lady Vengeance or somewhere outside of the ship? Having modded npcs in the lower decks will usually cause the area to reset every time you move to a diferent act, meaning any items left in containers or on the ground get deleted, and that's no bueno. If that's not a possibility, too bad, but that's ok. If it's possible though, it would be very appreciated.

1.) Ensure you have the mod activated - there's no good way to test this other than opening up the mod list and checking Cleric - Shared Resources.
2.) If the mod is NOT showing up in the mod list then check out this post - you will need to move the mod .pak file manually from the steam workshop downloads folder to the mods folder found in the game's folder in Documents: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/app/435150/discussions/0/3159763879064256593/
3.) Alternatively, if you don't want to root around folders, using Laughing Leader's Mod manager should automate that move if it finds a file in the steam workshop downloads: https://github.com/LaughingLeader-DOS2-Mods/DivinityModManager

I played a new game just now to confirm that Cleric the Cleric spawns in Fort Joy where they should and I routinely test in Nameless Isles and Reaper's Coast and know they spawn there properly as well.

Hmmmm. The NPC isn't spawning in my game, I've uninstalled and resubscribed already, I started a brand new game. I have the script extender and LeaderLib as well.

No, this mod only has a combined atlas for my mods. LL's combined atlas combines the base game's icons into a single atlas, and mine combines the icons from all my mods into one place. This mod offers 0 benefits aside from being a central resource for my mods to utilize.

If I comprehend it right, this mod can be a substitute for another mod, "Combined Icon Atlases" by Laughing Leader. In other word, I should use only one of these two mods, right?

They are probably able to use Lead, Offhand, and Dual attack, which are the innate skills you get for holding two daggers. They're better than regular attacks, but not by much and do not have any special effects.

You only need this mod and whichever of the mods you want. The collection just makes it easier to find/organize my stuff. This mod is JUST a set of resources that all my mods utilize, but you don't need to subscribe/use them all.

New update brings in a Vendor in each Act that sells skillbooks for my mods!
There are some issues regarding trying to fight them at the moment, but the vendor stuff is fully functional.

Just one question, I love the mods, but why are the icons for some abilities just a little too small? They look a little jarring with the black borders around them. If they were stretched to fit they would look much better.

This mod interacts with nothing. It's just status effects and icons that other mods I've made uses.
