I may add some features to it and suggest it to you, or some type of addon for it such as a laboratory or just make a hospital in general.

Just unfreeze it and remove the chucks (the small red arrows near the wheels) and you are free to go

Thank you, the blue liquid is the liquid from the water breathing syringe, it acts like a ventilator and keeps the patients oxygenated.

The liquid outlet it is attached to has to be attached to thier face and the valve on the back has to be open for it to work.
