Tedjam included this perk pack and other perk packs which also have "improvise grenade" abilities. I liked Mizruti's "improvise random explosive" but it was not supported by Master Engineer, so I added +MASTERENGINEER_ABILITIES = "MZImproviseRandomExplosive" to Pet Rock Perk Pack's XcomGameData_SoldierSkills.ini.

Master Engineer now supports Improvvise Random Explosive, but will this cause a crash if Mizruti's perk pack is not loaded and MZImproviseRandomExplosive cannot be found?

I have a niggling problem, game is working fine, 402 mods excpet on marksman, lcpl rank knife master, i have an img error in placard in the tree, the perk works fine it just bothers me i cant track down what is causing the knife master img error, all the other images are fine on the tree. Ever here of anything like this on this. I know its petty, but i just want everything woriking at 100 percent if possible

Do you have all the requirements? Is everything installed correctly? Try a fresh install/validation, shouldnt be anything that causes that issue

Whenever I try to load the game when this mod is active, I get an error message saying that it failed to load. Pretty consistently.

Seems this mod crashes LWOTC. Is this mod a definite requirement for your soldier classes? Or can I do without this mod.

Question abut the people with crashes: Do you have Alien Hunters DLC? There is a chance that it may be required but IDK if it actually is the reason

There shouldnt be any conflicts with LWOTC seeing as its designed for LWOTC, I would double check everything is installed correctly, or perhaps 1 of the additional mods you have installed is a conflict, hard for me to narrow down the issue without more info as it seems to be an uncommon issue

This perk pack is designed specifically for my class mods that are designed for LWOTC, I ended up needing the features from LWOTC for upcoming content so i needed to build against it. You only need this pack for classes designed around LWOTC or if other people used it for their mods. Most likely a solution is to go to Config and in XcomEngine.ini comment out all the lwotc build files

Question, Are you 3 using LWOTC? This Pack is now dependant on it in order to utilise a bunch of the LWOTC features.
This Pack is generally for my modding purpose/for my classes designed around LWOTC in mind.
But I also give permission for people to rip the code for themselves if they dont wanna use LWOTC

Also with my current Major project having a lot of new custom abilities, I can't necessarily upload a current version of the Pet Rock Perk Pack with some fixes. Could cause issues (Doing some reformating + Clean up to improve workflow, making sure everything has PRPA_ in order to avoid conflcits, ETC)

The Cannon issue is known, just haven't had a lot of time available to do any coding work recently, Gremlin Build is gonna get some new tools once I make the new gremlin abilities (Making customs for them and Watchdog), I balance things with Mod Jam in mind, and Mod Jam doesn't have the reaction fire penalty on underbarrels anymore i believe.

Further recommendations, based on using a Mercenary extensively: I've decided that the Gremlin build is nearly useless with the current "supportive" perk array; I feel that this should be more offensive/hack-oriented. I'd change High Card/Joker/Royal Flush to have Combat Protocol, Trojan, and Puppeteer respectively.

Next, because of the underbarrel mechanic (they penalize reaction fire) and the fact that the ONLY weapon able to mount UB grenades/shotguns/flamethrowers is the assault rifle - and furthermore the rifle is the weapon that gets overwatch abilities in your current configuration - I think you need to swap the full array of rifle perks with the bullpup perks. This would make the bullpup the overwatch weapon and the rifle have a much more offensive feel that can team with equipping an underbarrel attachment without getting penalized. I'd further change the MSGT perk for the (swapped) rifle row to be Rapid Fire rather than Double Time.

@Captain Pet Rock: The cannon row of the various Mercenary class perks has some serious issues. The suppression abilities (Suppressing Fire, Disabling Suppression, Improved Suppression) do not work if you don't have Suppression_LW (or some other eligible variant of Suppression), which the Mercenary doesn't get when equipping a cannon. I recommend changing all of the Mercenary/Cannon perks to the following, to make a suppression build useful: Jack of all Trades: Suppression & Lockdown; High Card: Cool Under Pressure & Suppressing Fire; Joker: Improved Suppression & Area Suppression; Royal Flush: Disabling Suppression & Danger Zone. (If you want the cannon-wielding Mercenary to be a single-target-only suppressor, change Area Suppression to Havoc and change Danger Zone to Mayhem, or perhaps simply omit these two perks if you feel that they'd make the cannon option too strong.)

Mitzrutis Perk Pack - DLC Extension is gonna be a hard requirement in next update, added it in required items ahead of time.

Prolly uses an icon from one of the perk packs or lwotc so you would need that to see the icon, this mod is mainly for balancing purposes/for my own classes but feel free to use it for w/e you want.

Eagle Eye's icon seems broken in my game when I assign it to a class perk tree.
