If you're using the DebugMenu plugin available on the nexus, which allows you to spawn arbitrary items, this item's name is "dlido" (D-L-I-D-O.) Yes, it's misspelled.

I had already used, "get all weapons" prior to installing the mod. After installing, I can't find it in home storage at all.

To get this to work, first subscribe to the mod. In the main menu of the game, go to Mod Manager and install this mod. When inside your game, press END+HOME or DEL+HOME to bring up the cheat menu. Select "Get All Weapons". Then, in your Home Storage (which can be found if you press ESC) go through the storage tabs until you find a picture that looks like the strap on pictured above. Equip it as a "weapon" and it will insert itself where you'd expect.

Eventually, it would be nice for this to be a drop and not rely on the cheat menu, which I didn't know existed and now regret knowing how to access.
