when I served in the ADF the Austeyr optics looked different for the F88, it was a crosshair with little circle in the middle. This is just the little circle in middle of scope view without the crosshair. Shame....
The NIArms mod get it correct, this one doesnt
Colonel Jason  [author] 4 May @ 7:31am
Late 80s to mid 90s.
vina 4 May @ 6:01am

Colonel Jason  [author] 28 Mar @ 12:25pm

Sir Arthur "Bomber" Harris 26 Nov, 2022 @ 12:28pm
Man I was just pointing out something no need to get upset, the mod is great just a small nitpick that you could have ignored
Colonel Jason  [author] 25 Nov, 2022 @ 4:28pm
............
I sometimes can't just understand the reason why people like you are chose to be dumb.

"I don't want to make anyone use 2.5 GB mod just for single asset and I know they haven't been fielded back then. You are more than happy to use Firewills along with this."
Sir Arthur "Bomber" Harris 25 Nov, 2022 @ 4:07pm
the hornet you are using is wrong it should be the f-18 hornet not the super hornet, otherwise great mod
Corporal Ray Person 7 Aug, 2022 @ 1:20pm
Damn I'm Aussie and I didn't even know this. I'll exile myself to Alice Springs
Colonel Jason  [author] 7 Aug, 2022 @ 1:18pm
Finally,someone knows their Aussie gear.
Anthrax 7 Aug, 2022 @ 12:08pm
@Ray Person, we used a locally manufactured PASGT helmet with an altered chinstrap, designated M91.
OG Alcoholic Stepdad 5 Aug, 2022 @ 3:21am
Prairie Fire would get you a lot of milage out of these guys. Their M113 variants to begin with. Turrets too. CUP is required by CWR3, so there's an LAV-25. You could have L1A1 equipped troops to represent a force in transition. GM gives you a Leopard but little else I suppose. I like this mod. Also I'm pretty sure Ray this is the guy who made For Queen and Country lol
Corporal Ray Person 4 Aug, 2022 @ 11:45am
This is really cool, but it's really wrong. If you want some proper stuff, I'd recommend using For Queen and Country for a majority of the gear. If you're doing EARLY stuff like, late 70s and early 80s use the LCE webbing, but we never used PASGT.
Pix 1 Aug, 2022 @ 2:26am
Fair enough! Just wanted to make that known as an option.

Pix 26 Jul, 2022 @ 2:14am
Idk if it's been pointed out, but you'd be better suited using Firewill's F/A-18 Hornet instead of the tetetet Super Hornet, as we didn't get Supers until the late 2000's/early 2010's, but we adopted the -18A/B in the 80's.
Angry Durian 25 Jul, 2022 @ 11:04pm
These are amazing! They are fairly close to the pre-Land 125 DPCU kit.

One thing though if you ever have the time (and/or care enough) the Army has worn a circular service patch on the left sleeve approx. 10 mm from the peak of the shoulder. There are a few images of this patch on the internet. It's sometimes colloquially referred to as a 'biscuit' link [www.lukus.com.au]. RAAF wear a similar patch, but with an all black Wedgetail eagle, and the words "AIR FORCE" beneath them.
Claptrap 25 Jul, 2022 @ 5:11pm
