the mod is update and resolve the all issue (require Dragon Engine update)

v1.08 (DE v1.374b)
- fix player character controller do not apply current animation state to the new render [DE]
- fix missing rander config port to the new trigger animation set
- fix player character can not duck on ground
- fix player character sit on object and it not apply sit state and layer correctly
- fix player character render weird sprite when sit and try to walk

My character is floran and when i sit with no empty hands it works fine, but if i'll press the "z" key (it's also empty hands), so my character shows me a stand (default) pose.

- fix character equip armor render not correctly with special character on folder path

I found out the issue that armor do not render correctly because of armor use something about special character in folder path so some armor disappear while running / walking should be fix

@Rune Balot yeah it normal but if you want full breath animation things so you can use the modify dll of Starbound so people call "Star Extension" it custom how Starbound work from source code so it will be better because they modify Starbound game

Wonderful mod! I'd like to ask it seems the breath animation only works on empty hands (and sleep, sit, etc.) Is that normal?

This is an AWESOME mod! I really enjoyed seeing my character breath. Really brought the feeling of idling by feel more immersive!

However. Idk if it's just me. However I noted several things that cause my character to bug out. For instance. Sitting down on CERTAIN furniture (like the toilet in the intro) causes my character to stand on it instead.

Another thing is after swapping from weapons or leaving sphere form my legs just.... break. Swapping between different idle positions.

Other then that (and you noted this), special affects don't apply and when you teleport, your character stands idle there for a bit. I noted other interactables you can engage in sometimes cause your character to just stand idly there why a duplicate character takes the animation spot (likely mod conflicts)

Again, I LOVE the mod! It's incredibly impressive and I hope great things from it! I'm giving it a 5* cause I know it deserves it! I can't wait to see how it is later on!

This mod compatible with Neki race mod? The character does not play the crouch animation. Idle animation repeats with flickering sprites.

This mod seems to have cause some issue on animations (especially crouch and teleport)

i feel like the animation should be able to dynamically change speed depending on tense situations (e.g fast during a boss fight, or on low health).

it could also make an otherwise static npc show emotions, such as the speed increasing to stimulate laughing/hyperventilating, or decreasing/ outright stopping to show that a character is scared.

I am using the Felin race so I'm not sure if that plays a factor. Also this only occurs when nothing is being held in the hands while moving around or sitting down. And with the updated Dragon Engine I still sometimes get every player sprite being rendered at once all on top of each other but its very rare and relogging fixes the issue for a good period of time, I'm not sure what is triggering that to happen

@FutaraDragon Sorry, not modded helmets. They are vanilla helmets. I've seen this bug with two helmets: Vicious Mask (id: "vicioushead") and All-Seeing Helmet (id: "eyehead")

I get a bug where NPCs and mobs begin to stretch multiple layers of themselves across the screen. and the player gets all of their sprites rendered at once on top of each other

Some update fix the vanilla api layer

Dragon Engine Update v1.337b [Server Side Patch]
- adjust Dragon Engine Character Realtime Render system render layer for back part to lowest (this fix vanilla Api broken)
- adjust Dragon Engine shade area to entire screen
- adjust Dragon Engine Drawable Particle System to use sequence base render
- adjust Dragon Engine particle object render script
- add Dragon Engine Sound Effect Entity Trace System

Update Life Character Animation to v1.05
- adjust render layer for back part to lowest (this fix vanilla Api broken)

yeah thats my fault it just doesnt when you hold something from it but if not it does work
