TFA HAS ALWAYS TOLD PEOPLE TO GO INSTALL IT TO USE ADDONS.

The reason it's popping up again now, is because as people have stated, the TFA owner went about just removing everything off the workshop for currently known reasons. So if you downloaded the necessary content before, it needs to be redownloaded.
