I cannot. Making the AI work with how the plane works would require lua sorcery beyond my capabilities.

Hey Chiko, I love your mods, but when the AI spawns in a plane, it just flies in curcles out of sight. Can you please fix this?

Hmm... after this last update, I noticed I can remove even more redundant pieces of code from the files in all 4 factions. I also noticed there's an unused bodypart I could add to most actors. I could also edit flamers so they don't push actors and items as hard as they currently do. I should do this next since I'll have little free time soon.

New update, lads. The main addition is actual melee combat AI for soldiers from all classes but drones. Flamers and soldiers wielding a combat knife will move towards their target and attack while doing so. Flamers are really dangerous now and Knife Combat is actually fun and challenging.

I just updated all factions.

One of the main additions was turning Drones into walking grenades. The damage output of their self destruct can go for mere superficial damage to fatal wounds and limb gibbing. Since destroying the armor layer allows a drone to move faster, it makes the self destruct command a good "last breath" attack, specially when disarmed.

The other addition is the ability for all Flamers and Drones to be able to pick up and use Flamethrowers from the other GWTB factions. A Flamer losing its flamethrower is not that much of a big deal now and Drones being able to rig themselves one with their internal fuel tanks makes them a bit more versatile.

No can do, lad. That was a bug causing the nade launcher to fire tank rounds. The GWTB Greens have a rocket launcher that works like that, though. It even allows you to do rocket jumps. The game allows you to buy weapons from other factions so you can still play as the Blues using Greens weapons.

Well, the Blues sniper rifle is identical in appareance and their stats are similar but I did made some differences because of that comic page. The blues rifle shoots in a less arched manner and it does extra damage every 5 shots instead of every 6 shots. I could slightly increase its reload speed too but not that much.

You know, in the comic, when the Red helps the Blue, they get into a conversation about guns. The Blue Soldier really enjoys boasting about how his gun never jams even if you put it in mud. So, that' can be a factor in reload speed/difference between Factions (i read DataRealms post)

Wow, I guess I never tried their nade launcher. It's working like a handheld tank cannon. It's being fired almost as fast as the tank round. Next update will have that fixed.

Ok, so I was lurking the comic pages and I saw an ad for a GWTB spinoff comic about the Blues made by the same guy called Wasted People, but it's Patreon exclusive. I decided to do some searching and I found some comic pages in russian and saw new content ideas... one of them is heavy armor. There is at least 2 comic pages with Blues wearing what appears to be power armor. There's also a Commander in there with a pretty nice outfit. I could implent him to be the factions' "brain" units.

I added change notes for all factions in case anyone want to know what was new in every update. I cannot update the thread in the datarealms forums for some reason so the info in there is outdated.

@Chiko: hey dunno if you're still interested but I managed to port red blue and yellow in void wanderers. I'm contacting you here cuz I don't know of other ways. I've no experience whatsoever in programming so I dunno if I did it right but it looks like it's working in my game, I even got the tanks lol. Also I don't know if they are balanced the way you want them, I completely skipped the unmapped land bit about the faction bonuses and I added ronin granades and coalition bots. So let me know if you want to have a look at it.

I love these units, the pixel art is nice and they play like a regular army, also the I noticed the granade launcher on the blue has a crazy recoil very funny (probably helps you get out of the way of the shrapnels). I would love to play them in void wanderers. If I wanted to make them compatible with it is it enough to make a lua file for this faction and put it in the vw faction folder? I've looked around for a guide but couldn't find one.

This mod...It's epic! One i filled a plane with a ton of bombs, then i crashed into a Loyalist tank...It was like a fireworks show! Epic mod!

I have a trouble with this mod and a few others. When AI playing as Blues,Reds and Yellows actors are equiped with standart weapon,and with vanilla weapons,and thats annoying and strange. Can you help me?

Mkay, the dependency was removed. Blues and Yellows should work now.

That's weird... if you have the Reds installed then Blues and Yellows should run just fine. They both need files from the Reds' mod folder in order to run properly. Maybe they don't work properly in the Steam Workshop. If so, then I will have to remove the dependency by adding all the files they need into each faction.

the blues stopped me from using cortex command but the reds run fine I am going to test yellows later
