If you take a closer look its not solid black

Just a mess of color with a solid black background. Not great, bit of an eyesore.

I mean it's pretty good looking, but I'd say this skin would belong more in fortnite than in TF2. However, with the way you set it up with the steel walls and rivets, I could see this being tweaked a bit to fit the style. With the way the bars are set up, I could see this being changed from a straight maze pattern to neon-sign style custom bulbs. Make it seem like a sort of night-club entrance, round of the ends and give them edges to make them look like neon bulbs. That'd fit a lot better, IMO.
