В некоторых модах есть такая опция, просто не надо включать мод вместе с такими.

Слушай, а нельзя сделать так чтобы они просто не могли во время войны вступать? раньше были такие моды, но все уже не работают

Yes, it will always work, the mod does not affect or modify the game files, as well as does not conflict with other mods.

Hey mate. Is there a way to stop existing and new factions to be disabled? Also to get rid of all the guarantees? As you said all the mods around besides this one is outdated sadly.
