There's some error in your mod, you need to change all the remove_global_flag to clr_global_flag, as remove_global_flag doesn't exist.

@ngppgn It should work with nearly everything. There is a version just for UMC but as for now it is in early access

Only issues I've come across so far is the graphics bug with the building in Moscow giving off white boxes, and the Japanese border conflict "Test the Soviets" decision requiring the wrong state to border the Soviets.

Could there be a chance that you release a mod that just has the city fall events? The historically accurate offensive decisions might be incompatible with big overhaul mods people play with like Rt56 and so on
