@Mrezu The spikes are needed to break the rounded silhouette of the head on the side. though yes, they could have been more interesting...originally I thought her hair was seaweed, but now I realize that the edge of the "hair" is the edge of a seashell, and seashells have spikes. sounds kind of logical.

Really like the helmet, looks neat, although I think those two spikes at the back of it are unnecessary. Yareli isnt spiky anywhere else.

@Robin Probably not xD The name was chosen purely because of the "plate" on the top. the second option was "alaia," a reference to the ancient Hawaiian surfboards
But the kappa is sounds better to me :)

I see potential with this helmet. The face area still needs a lot more work and polish to improve the appeal :)
