The defaults are well thought out and don't clash with the game's style. The user experience is fast and seamless. It's really great work!
This is currently not part of the features.
A rework is planned at some point to allow more modularity but there's no ETA for now.
Is there a way that, when i use this mod, is will fetch the custom color table from my mod, and that I can see my pre-defined colors with the other pre-defined ?
Or else, is there a way so i can add commands in my mod, so it will send that custom table to you mod ?
Make sure to follow the procedure in the Bug Reports section so I could troubleshoot this more easily.
@Shirohô
I was here 3 years ago already, it's just that it wasn't possible to do that effectively until recently
I found the issue!
When the issue first appeared, I had used LeaderLib to increase the tooltip delay when hovering items.
So, it seems that if I right click on the item BEFORE the tool tip is displayed, the Dye option won't be available, but if I wait until AFTER tooltip is displayed, then the Dye option is there and the mod works normally.
Kinda weird but my issue is resolved. Please let me know if there's something I cna do to further help you regarding this (if you want to investigate). Else, cheers! And thanks again for the mod!
Hey! Firstly, thanks for this amazing mod!! I ran out of space in my previous post so I kind sound a bit rude. Sorry about that.
I'll try to follow the steps, but I'm not too savvy about all this mod stuff and consoles.
And thanks for your swift response.
Please follow the procedure described in the Bug Reports thread to provide the necessary content for debugging.
I just tested with only LeaderLib and Dye and still not working. The drop down menu doesn't show Dye option with the gear equipped, then some gear shows the Dye option if the piece is in my inventory, so I can dye those, equip them and they show the color but then again cannot dye them while wearing them and if I unequip them I cannot dye them anymore in inventory.
I have tried with old saves and a fresh new game. Not working on any.
Sorry if this has already been brought up, I couldn't find anything to fix it.
No, this mod cannot do without the script extender.
Concerning Refund Racial Civil Abilities, I can't see any reason for Dye Already to cause "havoc". It just doesn't interact with any game systems. And even if it was the case, Refund Racial Civil Abilities mess with a completely different part of the game. Please check your mod list carefully again.
Any chance of a fix? Probably won't be using the mod for my next playthrough due to controller UI awkwardness, but it'd be nice if this was made to cause less havoc with existing mods.
I'd love to see an ingame toggle between the two UI modes so that you don't have to save and reload twice, but until then this workaround exists.
BTW, Steam Deck can also access M&KB mode. Hit the Steam Button and left on the Dpad at the title screen to access it. Make sure you've got the trackpads configured for mouse support though. To switch back, at the main menu hit Steam Button + Dpad Left again to go back to the title screen and then hit start to switch back to gamepad mode.
Also if the issue is similar to the one that I've seen for other players, you should have this file : Documents\Larian Studios\Divinity Original Sin 2 Definitive Edition\Osiris Data\DyeDebug.json
I would need it with a copy of the save file and the mod list associated to be able to troubleshoot that issue, since I don't know the conditions to replicate it myself.
Very good mod
I don't use mods much and I just kinda added few from the main page. I did not realise they required other things to run! All if working now - great mod, thanks
