@NyaPassion, you’re welcome. The file you need is under the hidden folder “drive letter/Username/AppData/LocalLow/Oxymoron Games/Project Hospital/maps/map name.zip”. You need to send this file to the devs so they are able to restore it in their testing environment.
A map is the save file while a scenario file is something like this that can be used to start a map or upload a map to the Steam Workshop. Were you able to find the file?

Basically it requires save file editing (which is very complicated to do) but the easist way to fix this would be the testing environment (only available to the dev team). They’re able to reset any progress quite easily. My advice is if you simply want to reset the hospital mail bugs@oxymoron.games and attach the map file (save file) to the mail and ask them to reset progress via the testing environment they use. Only use the power of this solution for personal use if you don’t intend on making a new hospital. I hope my comment helps and was clear enough as to explain how you can reset progress and the differences between doing a correct or wrong Steam Workshop upload for Project Hospital.

There is but not on @Blarla end. I myself wanted to reset my own Hospital as well to upload a fresh copy of it as well in the Workshop (since it’s staffed already).

There’s a Staffed version of this hospital also uploaded by @Blarla to the Workshop (in case people want to jump into gameplay right away). All you gotta do in that version is really just rename the staff to your liking and hire more staff (some staff is included but at some point you’ll still need to hire more staff to make the hospital more efficient). This hospital is actually the template I used to build my own hospita I plan to upload here (once I’m fully satisfied with the project I will upload it, which may take months/years to upload).

However, if you startbit without the mods it won't change or break anything.

I was troubleshooting and thus looked closer on all mods I have, and I saw that this one wants ADDON_MOD_PATIENTSCAFETERIA and 10INS_ANDY_MOD.

You're not mentioning them here on the workshop, so I wanted to know if this is current, or if it's something old that is lingering.

Is this hospital built to handle all insurance companies simultaneously?

@sleepycookie With new staff and working through insurance, you will find rooms unbalanced as they are calculated to completed insurance and skilled staff. All I can say is that it does eventually level out.

In the meantime, I recommend sending any that have been waiting a long time to a different doctor's office to get them seen, one with fewer patients waiting.

Hey, just wondering if I am assigning staff correctly but there seems to be a lot of patients outside the infectious diseases doctors office every day and since there is only one doctors office a lot of my patients leave because it takes so long.

In this "FIXED" version, all rooms are now assigned for all departments. You will still need to play through the scenarios to unlock departments, but you will then be able to hire staff without having to worry about correctly assigning rooms. It is all done and ready to go now.

@Gaimkore I have got a Prison Architect prison on steam but it is very old. I would like to make a new one, but haven't found the game to be very stable.

@Skies2High & @Gaimkore This version all the insurance policies are reset, meaning that the hospital is built, but it is like starting in an empty field. You need to start working through the insurance policies to unlock the departments and assign them and things.

Love this hospital design!

I moved and expanded the ER observation area up to the second floor, expanded the ICU which took out the small garden area, expanded the Trauma area/number of rooms on the bottom floor, and moved the labs and pharmacy up to the third floor. I added another elevator to the main building with the main exam rooms. On top of that I added some subtle interior changes plus an outdoor break room for autopsy and added air traffic warning lights to the the top of all my buildings for added realism.

The elevator was a pain because it sticks up like a bell tower if you don't make a fake building facade on each level and expand on the top of the building. That took some time. Redesigning the the ER observation area also took some brain power to fit 15 beds and make it look presentable. I probably spent a good half week renovating an already great design.

The tool that lets you copy room layouts was a lifesaver in some instances.

I have now also uploaded a version of the hospital with full staff and completed insurance polices, which also means all departments unlocked, saving having to do it from scratch.

I'm not sure if it's a bug in the game itself. But The room assignments aren't appearing for me and I know the map of the hospital is finished. But for some reason it keeps saying missing equipment. when I know you have all the rooms fully equipped. Maybe it's a bug with the whole game. ..because I've had the same problem with other hospital mods lately. The rooms would fully furnished but missing equipment.

I'd love to see the room assignments get fixed, obviously I can do it myself, but it seems misleading to call it 100% complete if it isn't. Personally I have no issue doing a bit of work to get the hospital to run, but I think in order to be fair, it would certainly be nice to see these issues be fixed.

Bump; @chrisie81 - sadly, yes. I was looking forward to it since the old one worked like a charm for me... So I guess I´ll just have to wait till´ a improved version gets posted or someone gets a savegame uploaded somewhere..

That's a shame it isn't working for you both. I have been playing it without an issue.

Like @silkeboehm77 is saying, rooms are furnished but missing equipment, staff cannot be hired. Rooms cannot be properly assigned, this hospital is put under the category "equipped and finished" but obviously isnt.

@chrisie81 I play this game for years. Iknow how to assign rooms. But there is no possibility to do this. And all rooms are full furnished but the game doesn't recognize ist. I get a notification that stuff is missing, but it is all inside the room. So I can't hire staff. But it's okay. I will delete the hospital. It's sad but I can't change it. Other hospitals I downloaded are functional.

You have to make sure you are assigning the correct rooms and the full room area. For Emergency clinic it is the rooms decorated orange, to the right of reception. The clinic rooms are not square, assign the whole room and you will then have the option to hire staff. There is a corridor near reception which shows which departments are which colour. If you do not know how to assign rooms I would suggest playing the tutorial as this will teach you everything you need to know. Also watching Blarla's many videos on the game will help.

@Silkeboehm77 - Agreed, I´ve tried figuring it out with signs to set it up properly. But either it´s missing equipment or I can´t set the rooms up and staff can´t be hired.

Truly a wonderful hospital to play! The signs are so helpful for figuring out how to designate rooms and what departments each section goes with.

@idamarie354 - Sorry, I might not be as smart or good in this game as I thought. But I see you figured out the solution to the elephant in the room (pun intended) I honestly have no idea how to do what you just described, I usually just hire staff or play "finished" hospitals... (haha)

So any chance you have the possibility to either upload a save-file to a download link so I can download and use or anything like that ?
