when i first applied this wallpaper it was fine and then when i turned off my computer and turned it back on its all distorted with like giant pixel blocks... how can i fix this? i really love this wallpaper i dont want a new one :(

It does work, but the speed decrease isn't substantial. If I do allow users to slow it down further,
that will also make the characters move noticeably slower unless I create a layer just for the rain.

I have also hid the No Clock Version, since now it is very redundant.

I have updated the wallpaper to have customizable settings. You can now disable every effect if you wish. Let me know if I somehow broke anything, for I am still very new at this.
