happened after disabling then enabling soulsborne base alongside the dmc addon. what do I do?
that file is included in both addons to make sure that people who only have the sb base or people who only have the ds1 base can still see particle VFX

don't try and argue semantics on something you don't understand
and neither does soulsbornering
there's also another unfortunate downside to elden ring ports; Sounds can't easily be obtained. The sound names are all hashed, which makes finding the sound we need for each NPC really hard, which is why the Black Knife Assassin for instance uses sounds from other Souls titles and not the ones from the actual game itself :(
