No, this mod literally allows horde armies to reinforce each other in battle. In the unmodified game, having multiple horde armies next to each other when attacking or defending will not allow them to support each other in battle; only the sole attacking or defending army will participate in battle.

This a little late but thank god I found this. If ever another total war add no reinforce, then I hope to god you are there to correct it. Thank you!
