When I have time, together we can see what kind of conflict is causing your mod to malfunction.

player 1: claim sh
player 2: claim sh
player 2: pass sh to player 1
player 1: now has 2 sh
player 2: claim another sh and leave 2.
player 2: pass sh ownership to player 1 again.
player 1: now has 3 sh!
players can just claim the whole server this way..
Check server logs.
This modification actually cannot shutoff the server.
All she does is slightly change the code that is written by the developer.
I have been playing with this modification on the server for a year without technical problems
