It generally happens when a hunter pounces someone. Try going into a custom map that spawns constant hunters and see if it does it there

if you think i dint test multiple times with disabling and enabling then i would not have commented i already did my part and let people know theres an issue with this addon , and also its already -lv on the visuals and levels bieng very optimised already , and people do tend to have mods/addon for each stuff simple asking to disable some is like asking to give up some mods/addons to play abit of the default stuff and som stuff or maybe just yours alone is a rather silly awnser dont get me wrong the model is nice but the error still is an issue even with just bieng the only one on crash happens less but it still happens and yet i have full mod of survivor and guns and meds and ammo all with high textures was able to run without problems , i already did the nice so fix it or dont fix it is up to you . i found error i came to give the notice of it . and i am on my way for more.

@sgt_sas1905 The too many indices problem is not only cause by one addon. Unsub some addons or try to lower graphic settings might help
