Mod would cause error where ambush icons to show spawning enemies would glitch out and not spawn any enemies, causing you to get trapped in the room as the game waited for you to kill the enemies

I have literally only ever found this item once.

Item seems... really buggy. Generates a buch of errors for some reason even without the item. Please fix.

The error door can spawn in the Mirror dimension, going inside takes you to an error room in the Mirror, but since trapdoors do not function there it results in a softlock

This is spawning the door even when I don't have the item sometimes

makes sense since i have like 200 mods and my monstro is completrly broken

I just tested it, that doesn't seem to be a problem for me, it's a probably a compatibility issue

it still opens the error room, even if i dont have the item :(
