Medic already has plague doctor themed items, and at first glance the theme doesn't fit spy since he's not a doctor...
Then you remember that most plague doctors weren't actual doctors either. Is edgy. Fits spy.

Def doesn't fit spy. Maybe make it more based on French history? If it's even doable lol. But rn, I'd say this is a medic cosmetic more than spy. And this really doesn't fit into any loadout.

Upon further inspection, I think it's due to the gas filters. They clutter up the thing's shape, making it more complicated then it needs to be. A bit of a hat on a hat, if you will.

The texture detail, color, and design all feel out of place in TF2 to me. Compared to something like the oni mask, this one feels less cartoon. Perhaps that's just me, though.

I don't know about this one. It looks amazing, but these plague doctor masks are more of Medic's thing. Also, it would be cool if you could make Spy's cigarette protrude from the beak instead of below it; but I assume that's not possible.

Still though, as long as it's Halloween-restricted I would think this would be a solid cosmetic in the game.

Could use a second style to paint the mask itself. Other than that, looks pretty good. Doesn't need a lot of combos since it's a halloween oriented item.
