@kimmi109 you can use the Ploppable RICO mod to change these, even if you zone and don't plop.

These houses look great. But for me this assets fit better in LOW RESIDENCE category. Could you change the smaller houses to that category? I dont see them as high residence actually.

Love all your assets. Am wondering what street you are using in these images. Thanks!

@jquires0924 District Styles are easy to do but are super tedious when are creating your own. You have to go Content Manager in-game to create your district styles. I am not sure if Building Themes is easier.

I have no idea how district styles work. Never made one or used one before.

I want to create a district of this set of assets, but can't seem to figure out how to make it happen. I have them placed in a district style, but they don't populate when I apply it. Please help!

In your Modern Condo Collection you forgot to add Garden Cluster Pack: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=904941061

Ah, these are very nice. Thank you Smiles. You do awesome work.
And thanks for making props a separate option and not an embedded dependency. I prefer to prop to my own stuff in game.

3 story versions?
PYRO 12 Aug, 2022 @ 4:25pm
Thanks for sharing that; I was uncertain whether it made a significant impact or not, but I couldn’t seem to get a straight answer. Yes, it’s a lot of work, so I would be happy to skip the baking process entirely. Ignoring that process would spark my desire to model again.
Smilies  [author] 12 Aug, 2022 @ 4:15pm
I don't bother with baking textures. Creating high poly and low poly models is too much work for very little pay off.
mistergoblin 12 Aug, 2022 @ 11:59am
i grew up in one of these

It is true like Redstone said. Thank you for making these because they are much needed. I started modeling an entire multi-family condo/town home project as well as a single-family pack because I wanted something new. But I struggled with baking my textures and gave up. I am considering firing up blender again and finishing the damn things. lol
Redstone 11 Aug, 2022 @ 7:31pm
That's a shame, they are so common in Canada and I'm sure in the US as well. Thank you for pulling through the boringness and still sharing these great assets.
Smilies  [author] 11 Aug, 2022 @ 7:16pm
Yeah, there aren't that many. And I think I realized the reason while making them - they are boring as hell to model.
Redstone 11 Aug, 2022 @ 7:08pm
These, along with the suburbia collection, are filling in the lack of high quality suburban townhouses on the Workshop. I really appreciate your hard work!
